Judging Eyes

Judging Eyes

Judging eyes
cast a shadow
on the fool.

Laughter taunts
the cruel day.
Scorn is truth,
wisdom lies.
Mocking bliss
kills their eyes.

As they jest,
a fool they see.
I stand with armor
and grace for me.
